Hughes & Kettner Duotone 50W Combo – Used

This Hughes and Kettner Duotone is handwired in Germany and is made to withstand the road – and stand out on stage! Key features include two channels – clean and dirty, each having independent three band EQs. The channels of the Duotone are taken from its “Gegenstck” (that’s “counterpart” in German), the Triamp MKII. The Duotone features channel 1A – the cleanest – and 3B – the most aggressive – of the Triamp. A three-button footswitch allows the user to select channels, engage the boost fuction on the dirty channel, and select between two master volumes – a highly beneficial feature for the guitar player needing to boost his or her volume for a solo. Lastly, the Duotone 50W combo comes loaded with a UK-made Celestion Vintage 30 speaker, delivering a warm, punchy tone versatile for many genres of playing.
