2006 Gibson BFG Les Paul Electric Guitar, Transparent Gold w/OHSC – Used

This Gibson Les Paul BFG, also know as the “barely finished guitar” came out in 2006. The model is essentially a stripped down Les Paul with a few modifications, including a kill switch and P-90 in the neck position. The guitar features a sanded down Maple top, Mahogany body, Mahogany neck, and rosewood fingerboard. Electronics are loaded with a burst bucker in the bridge and a P90 in the neck. Controls feature 2 volumes, 1 tone, 3-way selector switch, and a kill switch.

This Les Paul BFG is in very good condition and was well taken care. A few modifications have been made to this instrument. The original rosewood knobs were replaced with gold top hat knobs, a black pickup ring was added to the bridge humbucker, a white cover was added to the P90 in the neck, and a bumble bee capacitor was added into the wiring for a vintage tone. The guitar shows little to no signs of use and is set up with low action. Original hard-shell case is included.
