2001 Taylor K-10 Acoustic-Electric Guitar w/OHSC – Used

The guitar is operational and in good condition; however, it exhibits signs of wear resulting from extensive usage. There are two dings located on the lower bout of the top, accompanied by numerous minor nicks and light scratches. Evident wear can be observed around the sound hole. Additionally, two noticeable scratches are present on the lower bout of the back of the guitar and two scratches are visible on the back of the neck near the 2nd and 8th frets. There is a chip in the Tortoise Shell binding on the 1st fret high E side. Scratching is also visible along the lower side of the guitar on the lower bout. The ES1 system was removed in 2019 and substituted with an LR Baggs Anthem Pick Up, with the holes being filled as a result of the ES1 System removal.

This 2001 Taylor K-10 features a dreadnought body shape, which produces a powerful and balanced sound suitable for a wide range of playing styles. The spruce top provides clarity and projection, while the Koa back and sides add warmth and depth to the overall tone. This guitar has a comfortable neck profile and smooth fretboard that make it easy to play both chords and intricate melodies. This guitar was modified with a LR Baggs Anthem pick up, which provides a natural and transparent amplified sound.
