It includes tape echo, real spring reverb, DSP reverb/chorus, and both vintage FET EP guitar preamp and modern FET line input preamp, each boasting a 1Meg impedance ideal for guitar use. With ABY pedal compatibility, it allows for seamless switching between the two preamp tones. Additionally, the motor ON/switch feature enables a tape slow-down effect or conserves tape when using only the EF-X2’s reverb or preamp functions.
