The Maestro Agena Envelope Filter brings a highly musical and intuitively simple design to the wonderful world of envelope filtration. Controls are a combination of a simple, 3-knob configuration and a 2-way toggle. SENSE controls the sensitivity and response to your pick attack. Turn it up to increase the reaction and turn it down to soften. ATTACK controls the speed the filter opens and DECAY controls how long it stays open when it gets there. Use all three together to dial in your desired level of funk. Switch the toggle between HI and LO to control which frequencies the filter focuses on across the EQ band. The all-analog Maestro Agena is true bypass and runs on either a 9V battery or 9V DC power supply.
Maestro, originally born in 1962, was resurrected as a premier pedal line by Gibson brands in 2022. This pedal is part of the second wave of releases from Maestro.
