The ST212 is the first of the Studio Series 2×12 cabinets to feature Celestion G12M-65 Creamback Speakers. Creambacks are noted for bearing a sonic resemblance to Celestions iconic Greenback speaker, but with a higher 65w power handling. The ST212 sports two of these popular 8Ohm drivers, allowing for a total power handling of 130 watts.
