On the left side is the envelope generator which features parameters for Swell, Fade, Hold, and Sensitivity. On the right side, the compressor features controls for Compression, Volume, Treble, Sustain, and Grit.
This pedal is in very good condition with only a few minor blemishes on the bottom. There is no velcro on this pedal and it comes with the original 18v power supply.
