Taylor 512 With ES1 System With OHSC – Used

Here we have a Taylor 512 Grand Concert from 1996. This is a one owner guitar that was very well maintained and enjoyed. In 2006 it was sent back to Taylor for a pickup system retrofit. See notes for the retrofit performed at the factory and our most recent in-house work. This one plays great, looks great, and sounds great. Own a piece of Taylor history!

This Taylor 512 has little to no fret wear. There are a couple of dings on the upper bout of the treble side with a ding on the lower bout bass side. There is very mild pick wear and a couple of very small dings on the back of the lower bout bass side.

Modifications to this Taylor 512 include a Classic Taylor Neck Joint Expression system dynamic string sensor retrofit performed by Taylor at the factory in July 2006. Recently the preamp was replaced with a ES1 1.3 AA system in our warranty authorized service center, utilizing the soundhole pickup.
